About Dayna Greenspan
Dayna began her career in construction management in 2004 working for Taslimi Construction Company, one of the top tenant-improvement general contractors in Los Angeles. There, she oversaw the construction of high-end projects for a variety of corporate clients and gained hands-on design and construction knowledge.
In 2005, Dayna began working at CBRE as a project manager. Dayna teamed with Ken Fanelli to work on significant tenant-representation projects.
As a project manager, Dayna participated in all phases of a project, including pre-construction, design review, cost control, scheduling, budget reporting, construction, and relocation management. Dayna has handled projects ranging from 5,000 to 135,000 square feet, in a variety of different industries. In 2013, she and her team managed a $17 million, six-floor tenant improvement build-out – and met the intense 12-week schedule through strategic planning and strict controls.
In October 2014, Dayna joined fanellipm to continue working with Ken on significant projects.
As Vice President at fanellipm, Dayna continues to manage all phases of tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. Dayna brings creative problem solving, diligent financial review, and strong communication skills to every project. With more than 10 years of project management practice in the Los Angeles area, Dayna uses her expertise and strong vendor relationships to ensure her client’s needs are met.
Prior to joining the construction industry, Dayna worked as a management consultant in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
