About Dayna Greenspan




As Vice President at fanellipm, Dayna manages all phases of tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. Dayna brings creative problem solving, diligent financial review, and strong communication skills to every project. With more than 15 years of project management practice in the Los Angeles area, Dayna uses her expertise and strong vendor relationships to ensure her client’s needs are met.

From 2005 - 2014, Dayna worked at CBRE as a Project Manager where she met and teamed with Ken Fanelli to work on significant tenant-representation projects. In October 2014, Dayna joined fanellipm to continue working with Ken on significant projects. Dayna began her career in construction management in 2004 working for Taslimi Construction Company, one of the top tenant-improvement general contractors in Los Angeles. There, she oversaw the construction of high-end projects for a variety of corporate clients and gained hands-on design and construction knowledge. 

As a project manager, Dayna participates in all phases of a project, including pre-construction, design review, cost control, scheduling, budget reporting, construction, and relocation management. Dayna has handled projects ranging from 5,000 to 150,000 square feet, in a variety of different industries. 

Prior to joining the construction industry, Dayna worked as a management consultant in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

B.S. in Quantitative Economics from UC San Diego
